Give a Gift of Stock
Gifts of stock are a great way to benefit both Vermont Adaptive and yourself. Gifting appreciated stock to VASS avoids capital gains taxes on the increase in value since the time of purchase while preserving a tax deduction for the fair market value at the time of your donation. Make a bequest to Vermont Adaptive
You can help ensure the future of VASS by including VASS in your estate plans. A bequest, which is a gift made through a will or other instrument, is often a way individuals are able to make the largest gift of their life. You can designate a specific amount or percentage of your estate. Your gift to VASS through this planned giving will provide an enduring legacy to you commitment to Vermont Adaptive’s future programs for future generations.
