Allie joined Vermont Adaptive in October of 2023. Before that, she was a summer program intern at the Pico/Killington location in 2022. From a young age, she has been volunteering with adaptive sports in the East Tennessee and North Carolina region. Born and raised in Knoxville, TN, she graduated in 2020 from The University of Tennessee, Knoxville with a B.S. in Food Science and minor in Hospitality and Tourism. Allie gained her Nutritional Therapy Certification from Nutritional Therapy Association. After college, she moved to Lake Tahoe, CA and became a ski instructor at Palisades Tahoe, Olympic Valley, while rafting on the Truckee River for the summers. After traveling through the Western U.S., Allie made the move to southern Vermont. In her free time she loves spending time outdoors hiking, trail running, skiing, climbing, reading and going to concerts.
