We are seeking a dynamic, motivated, experienced, creative and organized individual for the following positions:
Program Coordinator (2 Positions Available)
Location: Southern VT – Stratton Resort or Bromley Mountain
In this dynamic, full-time, year-round role, you’ll take the lead in organizing, managing, and delivering high-impact adaptive sports programs. From skiing and snowboarding to biking and paddling, you’ll work with a passionate team to ensure every participant has access to meaningful recreation opportunities—regardless of ability.
What You’ll Do:
– Represent and lead Vermont Adaptive programs in your assigned region
– Develop, manage, and deliver daily programming with a focus on safety, fun, and inclusion
– Collaborate with volunteers, athletes, partners, and the broader community
– Communicate clearly, act with initiative, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
What We’re Looking For:
– A dedicated, adaptable team player who thrives in the outdoors
– Strong organizational and leadership skills
– Experience with or passion for adaptive sports, recreation, or outdoor programming
– A commitment to Vermont Adaptive’ s mission of Sports for Every Body
