Kip has been employed at Vermont Adaptive since 1999. He has been living in Vermont since 1985 with wife Karen. Kip has been practicing law since 1990 and has held a variety of positions with businesses, banks and with the State of Vermont. Kip is also active outdoors. He received his undergraduate degrees from Stockbridge School of Agriculture and University of Massachusetts and law degree from Vermont Law School.
