IS YOUR FA/CPR CARD CURRENT?  The American Red Cross offers an online Provisional Certification in Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED. Students can take the blended portion of this course and receive a provisional certification. The skills portion must be taken with 90 days of completing the blended learning course to receive a 2 year OSHA certification.

Special Olympics SCHOOL OF STRENGTH School of Strength lets athletes train and focus on their fitness goals from the comfort of their home. Plus, you and your family can join in too!   

US Ski Team Home WorkoutLooking for a simple, at-home strength program to keep you fit during this time? U.S. Ski & Snowboard Athletic Development Coach @mike_bing_ has put a little something together to keep each of you strong and healthy. 

Hit the start of summer ready to Ride, Run, Hike, Paddle, Swim, Surf, Sail- Here’s a 15-minute Body Weight from Outside Magazine workout you can do at home with no equipment.  Need an adaptation? Let us know.

Training Guide: Concussion AwarenessNFSH.org national curriculum on identifying and reacting to concussions, sponsored by Special Olympics.  Required for SO Coaches, recommended for everyone.  

Protective Behaviors Training–  Special Olympics training focused on preventing and identifying sexual abuse among athletes.  Required for Special Olympics Coaches, recommended for all.  

PSIA FREE Online Learning CoursesPSIA/AASI has created a number of free E-Learning Courses available for free.  Many high quality additional ones become free with PSIA/AASI Membership. Go to to create an account and get started.

American Canoe Association-  Online Paddlesports Safety Course–  Online course designed for paddlers in a partnership between the American Canoe Association and Boat-Ed.com.  A worthwhile course for any paddler.  

BlazeSports America-  Certified Adaptive Recreation and Sports Specialist (CARSS)  Earn the only certification of its kind!  Multi-sport certification with modules in history, legislation, disability awareness, risk management, evaluation and equipment.  

US Sailing-  Basic Keelboat Online-  Learn about sailing the Sonar 23, the Martin 15, and the other boats Vermont Adaptive uses in partnership with the Community Sailing Center… all online.  

US Sailing- Teaching and Coaching Fundamentals Online–  building blocks of good instructional practices to become an effective educator on and off the water.  

US Sailing-  The Starboard Portal–  The Starboard Portal is a new video channel that keeps sailors connected to their sport with resourceful videos and live content featuring a variety of knowledgeable experts.

Center for Cycling Education- Traffic Skills and other courses Regardless of your level of skill or comfort, these enjoyable and engaging courses can help make cycling in traffic a better experience for you.
